7. Your Rights

Wherever possible, we will redact the non-disclosed information and grant access to the remaining data. Our Privacy Officer (i) develops EVENTSMTL’s privacy protection strategy, (ii) drafts and maintains the notice, accompanying guidelines, and any other policies or procedures related to information, and (iii) serves as the official liaison with federal and provincial commissioners.
